Refund & Return Policy for Stickz

At Stickz, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued. By placing an order with Stickz, you agree to the terms below.
1. No Refunds or Returns
Stickz does not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size, colour, or product ordered
- Customer mistakes at checkout
- Delays caused by the courier or customs
- Any situation other than items lost in transit
All sales are final.
2. Refunds for Items Lost in Transit
The only scenario in which a refund may be issued is if your order is confirmed lost in transit.
A package may be considered lost if:
- The courier tracking shows no movement for an extended period
- The courier confirms the item is lost
- The package never arrives after the courier’s maximum delivery timeframe
2.1 Requirements to Claim a Lost Package Refund
To process a lost-package refund, you must:
- Contact us at support.stickz.uk
- Provide your order number
- Provide any tracking information you have
- Allow us time to investigate with the courier
Once the courier confirms the item is lost, we will issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.
3. Incorrect Addresses
We cannot issue refunds for orders that fail to be delivered due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout
- The customer failing to collect the package
- The package being returned due to unpaid customs fees (for international orders)
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct.
4. Damaged Items
Since we do not accept returns, we handle damaged items case-by-case.
If your item arrives damaged:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Email support.stickz.uk with clear photos of the damage
- We will determine if a replacement is appropriate
Refunds for damaged items are not guaranteed unless the courier confirms responsibility.
5. Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, as processing begins immediately.
