Stickz is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If you notice an issue, contact us immediately — we may be able to amend the address before dispatch.

8. Returns Due to International Non-Delivery

If the courier returns your package due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Unpaid customs fees
  • Delivery refused or unclaimed at customs/post office
